a new Amir in the family

Alhamdulillah, after a week 'overdue' from the supposedly due date, i safely gave birth to our new son at Prince Court Medical Centre.

Had to gave birth to him via c-sect becoooosss... me already in labour and already had a 2cm opening but the baby was still not properly engage. our gynea was concerned that the baby might be bigger than what we expected, and she was not going to let me suffer thru all the painful contractions (which i was painfully having at that moment --- and as i experienced during the prev labour), she immediately suggested for emergency c-sect. and i agreed!

but as the pushed me towards the Operation Theater, aku dah mula cuak. cos at that moment, i remember how painful it was AFTER the operation.

too late --- damn!

doktor cakap, she would give me spinal punya bius. apa tu? ahhaaa.... itu bius kasik cucuk kat tulang belakang and later aku akan rasa numbness from pinggang to kaki. epidural lain skit. takde rasa numb langsung cos u wont feel nothing at all. pastu epidural lak nanti ada jarum yg stay kat belakang tu. hak ni, takde....

so, masa operate tu i was aware but due to my 'cacat' penglihatan a.k.a. rabun, i couldnt see much of what was happening around me. tapi aku tau mr hubby datang duk sebelah and pegang tangan aku, almost throughout the whole process.

masa baby keluar, everybody in the room was like, 'waaahhh, besarnya baby!!!' 'cepat timbang'

hahahhaha!!!

then our gynea said, patut la susah nak keluar, baby is big, and unfortunately too big for my pelvic. that explained why aku dah dalam labour pain tapi baby still takleh engage kepala. aduyaiii.... nasib baik makcik takmo jadi hero and try for normal...

dah la tu, tali pusat pun terbelit gak, macam si harith. huhuhuhu....

alhamdulillah, sesudah timbang, berat nya memang la berat seberat 3.89kg. fuhhh!!!

syukur semua dah selamat. doktor pun cakap badan aku pun cukup kuat cos i didnt need to take the stronger pain killer (she didnt know that i dont know ada painkiller lagi kuat, kalau tak aku dah mintak daaa....)
hahaha...but the fact that aku buleh survive the first day and night without much complaint, she concluded aku as a strong mom! huhuhu....
